Uploads an image, based on the file, to NAM so it can be used as a canvas image for a creative.

By default, the api will validate whether the image uploaded is compliant with the "FEED" placement specification. To validate against another placement, the placment field can be passed in to the request.

The specification requirements per placement are outlined below:

• "FEED" - ~16:9 aspect ratio with a max width/height of 2626 x 1375 pixels.
• "FS&F" - ~1:1 aspect ratio with a max width/height of 1000 x 983 pixels.
• "RHR" - 1:1 aspect ratio with a max width/height of 1900 x 1900 pixels.
